I am constantly people-pleasing, have dysfunctional boundaries, and have very low self-esteem. These are some symptoms of potential codependency.
We all desire to lean on someone or something for support, acceptance, and escape from pain and discomfort. However, co-dependency comes in subtle ways when we begin to lose our identity and confidence in ourselves, others, and the world. In this work, I will help navigate establishing healthy boundaries, applying assertiveness skills, increase self-confidence and identity, and reduce ruminating thoughts on unhealthy relationships (past and present).
