Unhealthy boundaries lead to unhealthy codependent relationships. Co-dependency comes in subtle ways as you begin to lose your sense of identity and confidence in yourself, others, and the world. 

You will learn to establish healthy boundaries, apply assertiveness skills, increase self-confidence and sense of identity, and reduce ruminating anxious thoughts about the relationship.
